City House in Grand Center

Mr. Hales' office is in City House in Grand Center, a building on the National Register of Historic Places, in the Grand Center entertainment and arts district of St. Louis near the Fox Theatre, Powell Symphony Hall, The Sheldon Concert Hall, KETC, St. Louis University,  ContemporaryArtMuseumStLouis,  and The Pulitzer Foundation for the Arts.

City House is next door to Jazz St. Louis on Strauss Park at the intersection of Grand Blvd. and Washington Ave across the street from the historic Third Baptist Church.  It may be reached by taking the Grand Blvd. exit at Interstates 44, 64 or 70, MetroLink to the Grand Station or the 70 Grand MetroBus.
